Windows 10 Compressed file association changed, can't uncompress.

I hope someone can help because I'm stumped.

I'm working with a user who gets compressed files in email. Typically, she drags the file to the desktop, right clicks on the file, and selects "Extract All" from the right-click menu. The problem is that she managed to change the file association to Adobe Reader and the "Extract All" option no longer shows on the right-click menu. She doesn't have winzip or anything, she uses the built in Windows 10 utility.

I spent a bunch of time looking at and trying different things but couldn't figure it out. I'll include a screenshot in case it helps.
