Windows 10 Windows 10 ENT machines downgraded to Pro

Hi,

For the past week i have noticed some of our Win 10 ENT machines automatically downgraded it self back to Pro

I checked and confirmed that the users with the issue are on the M365 E3 license and the laptops are AAD Joined

Has anyone come across this issue before? what do i need to check in order to troubleshoot this?
