Installing Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4495667), back into the same KB4056892 scenario. Device? HP Stream 14, Intel Celeron N3060 @ 1.60GHz.

I did not expect this error to occur (0x80070002) when performing one of those Windows updates. The error even prevented all other updates from installing as well. The update initializes very quickly, progresses pretty fast, and then throws the error code. Suspecting a compatibility issue, but when installing the update directly from the Microsoft Update Catalog, it gives an error, "Security Update for Windows (KB4495667) is already installed on this computer."

Weird. So, could this actually be due to corrupt download files? Maybe one time when the update was being installed, my device was experiencing slight performance issues, and as a result, I performed a hard reboot. This might have eventually left the update process into a stub. Probably have to wait until the May 2019 update is released to eliminate this issue, but for the time being I need to work around this problem.
