I am currently attempting to convert a machine from MBR to GPT using mbr2gpt.

For whatever reason, mbr2gpt /validate /allowFullOS is successful on the disk. mbr2gpt /convert /allowFullOS fails.
The disk has three partitions: system, reserved, and recovery. System and reserved are the two primary partitions. The build is windows 10 version 1703. I do not see any obvious violations of mbr2gpt tool prerequisites as a result.
Does anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting steps I can try to resolve this problem?
