My computer has started randomly rebooting when put to sleep after the latest Windows 10 update. I see the following seemingly related errors in the event log:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffff9e8d1f93dcb0, 0xffff85073cc7f7b0, 0xffff9e8d168dcb20). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 3c6efbc5-38af-45be-8189-d66d699f06c9.

Windows failed to resume from hibernate with error status 0xC0000001.

From searching the web and these forums, it seems like this is probably a driver issue, but I'm not sure how to figure out what driver is causing a problem. I've uploaded the dmp here:

Any ideas?
