I have used every version of Windows from 1.0 to XP (except Vista) and in every case it was very simple to change the boot sequence from the HDD to an optical drive in the BIOS.
i recently got a new Dell Inspirin laptop with Windows 10 Home, 64-bit. and a SSD drive. It now has UEFI instead of BIOS, so have not been able to change the sequence. I hit F2 at the splash screen and to to a menu and clicked on "Boot Sequence, but could get no further.
I have searched all over but cannot get any way to do this. Dell sent a link and went back to the F2 Menu, but it was not exactly like the one they suggested. and never could get to any place that let me change.
There must be some way to do thus. Anybody know how?
