Windows 10 Kiosk Mode for Edge on Windows 10

Hi everybody,

I'd like to setup a kiosk account for a customer with an access to Microsoft Edge only.
But when I tried to set it up, there was only a few apps available, and Edge was missing on the list, as well as Chrome, Firefox and other web browser.

I would like to know how to change this list, or set up a Kiosk mode for Edge only by any other way.

By the way, I'm currently trying this out on Win10 Pro 64 version.
