I'm on domain level 2012 R2. Users are on Windows 7. We have a group of contractors who will be working for us temporarily submitting web forms on the internet.
They need internet access. They do NOT need LAN access, access to any printers, no network shares, no network browsing, nothing on local area network.
I believe it was possible to do this using GPO for 2003 domains and XP clients. But enabling the settings "No Computers Near Me" and "No Entire Network" does not seem to work in my domain/client situation.
Is it possible to disable all LAN access using GPO in a 2012/Win7 environment? If so, can you point me in the right direction?
Please note that I am asking specifically about doing this by enabling a GPO setting. Easy peasy. I don't want to change firewall settings, and I would rather not push out registry changes. I just want to know if there's a nice, clean, easy GPO setting or two that I can enable.
Thanks
