Windows 10 Some Restore points NOT showing in Powershell vs VSSadmin and Create a Restore Point. BUG?

Attached is a screen image of 3 points of views on system restore points in my win10pro 1809.503 system. You will note that VSSAdmin /list shadows and Create a Restore point show 6 restore points while the powershell command only shows 4. Why is that?
