Hello!
Windows 10 Pro 1809 - after the short power outage the user's Windows 10 started displaying the new keyboard layout:
Seems to be a brand new keyboard profile - I'd like to see how it's possible to type english letters using russian keyboard...

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload contains only correct keys 1 and 2.
