Windows 10 Unable To Install Cumulative Update (KB4022715)

Hi Guys,

I am unable to install Windows Update (KB4022715). I have tried everything from using sfc scannow to manually deleting everything but every time it stuck on 71% and after some time, it says "We could not complete the updates, undoing changes". I need help. Now i have disabled Windows Update because i have tried this update for 8 to 9 times but no gain.! Here are the latest CBS & ReportingEvents log.
