We use SharePoint 2010 for our corporate intranet. A few users upgraded to Windows 10 and are reporting that when they connect to the intranet using the Edge browser, they're prompted to enter their domain credentials every time they connect, even though they're checking the 'save password' box. It does let them in once they've entered their credentials, but it's understandably annoying that they basically have to login anytime they want to use the intranet with Edge (I.E. is not exhibiting the same behavior.)
We've tried adding the site to the Credential Manager on the Windows 10 PC's, but it doesn't make a difference.
Is Edge even capable of passing domain credentials? Any help is greatly appreciated.
