Windows 10 How to decrypt EFS encrypted folder in window 10 after deleting and installing window 10 and also lossed certificate and password?

Hi there, I encrypted a folder in my window 10 and forget about decryption before deleting that window. I have no shared certificate or password for that EFS encrypted account, that has been lost due to deleting previous window 10. How can i recover my folder now? I have tried Advance EFS data recovery, EaseUS etc, also other things but not helpful. Only thing i know is the User account name and password of that account...
