I am having problems getting the windows 10 lock screen to properly display our custom background.
My GPO places a file in C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\{Company}\LockScreen.jpg
then sets that file as the default lock screen under
Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Admin Template -> Control Panel -> Personalization -> Force a specific default lock screen and logon image
However, workstations are all displaying the default blue background instead of our background image. The registry setting seems to be correct, the file is accessible on the local workstation, and I'm not seeing any errors in processing the policy.
We are running Windows 10 1803 Enterprise Edition. Has anyone else come across this issue before?
