Hi Guys,
I have just upgrading a deployment image from Windows 1803 to Windows 1809. I have the image deploying without issue, and I then install a kiosk package. (Set the ThinClient up as Kiosk)
The issue is that normally the kiosk package blocks access to the local drives, which we need access to. I fixed this in 1803 by making a change to the registry setting,
HK_Users\[KioskUserSID]\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoViewOnDrive,
and set the value to 0.
Unfortunately in 1809 this value is not there, but the access to the drives is still blocked.
Anyone have any idea how to allow local drive access on 1809 running in Kiosk mode?
Thanks in advance.
