Windows 10 Powershell login script

I'm trying to run a PS script as a login script. I've tried everything. It runs manually under the users account so I don't think its a rights issue. I've tried it on a network share or locally on the PC. I've added parameters to the GPO for execution policy nothing. What am I missing.


The script renames printer shares "we renamed a print server" Yes I know if we were deploying printers with GPO this wouldn't be a problem but I've fought that fight with management and lost.
