Windows 10 How to display text on lock screen by interactive logon's caption and text

I want to activate text every time when I log on using the interactive logon feature.


When I test it, it works normally on the first boot or reboot.

However, text or title is not active on the lock screen(by Ctrl+Alt+Shift key or Screensaver).


Please tell me how to do.
