Hello
I have this odd problem with five of our Windows 10 1607 enterprise LTSB when applying windows updates.
If I click start -> restart the PC's restart fine, I can do this 5, 10, 100 times without issue.
If I apply windows updates and they are pending reboot and I click start -> restart the screen shows "Getting windows ready, do not turn off your computer" and then at the point the computer would normally restart it gets stuck at a black screen.
It's like Windows doesn't issue a reset command to the motherboard. I need to power off the PC using the power button, once restarted the computer boots as expected.
I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this issue but it is happening across 5 different machines. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
