Windows 10 Device Manager Errors

We recently acquired a Dell XPS 8930 computer. The processor in the machine is an Intel Core i7-8700. Everything is working fine with the computer with one exception. When we look at the Processor in the Device Manager, all twelve incidences of the i7-8700 have a yellow exclamation mark. Within the General tab of the Processor with the Device Manager is a specific error code (32) that I have never seen before. Below please find a screenshot of the error.
