Within "This PC", the system folders for Music, Pictures and Video have the same name (Pictures) and point to the same folder (C:\Users\User1\Music). The "Picture" and "Video" folders are missing. I've tried adding, renaming, deleting the Music/Picture/Video folders. Nothing has worked (obviously). I changed the folder names in the Shell Objects in the registry for the Current User. (I am guessing that that is the correct entry) The result has been that they still point to the same target folder. Although the name changed to Music from Pictures (or Videos) as I experimented.
The icons are different showing the music note, the filmstrip and the picture.
This seems to be a cross up in the registry but I don't know how I did it as I did not edit the registry prior to having this problem.
This a problem for only one of two users on the machine. The second user was created after User1 started showing this problem.
