I have never seen this. The system is stuck in safe mode with networking boot. I forced safe mode (Shift - Power on) and rebooted .. back into safe mode. I have run Malwarebytes and hitman pro to clean it up. It just boots up to safe.
How can I get it to boot to normal windows?
