I just reinstalled W10 v1903 on a clean hard drive and set up Ransomware Protection in Windows Security. I added folders to protect. I cleared explorer.exe as Allowed through these folders. I then attempted to copy a file from one location to another, and I get the message "Could not find the item / This is no longer located in ..." I get the option to Try Again, but the only way this works is if I turn off Ransomware Protection. I have installed other apps (such as Adobe and Office) and have no troubles saving new files. How do I get File Explorer to let me copy files from one place to another?
