Hi,
When I open Quick Assist, I am getting only the Get Assistance option. I am not getting the Give Assistance option. I believe this could be due to some Security Restriction or Policy Setting but unfortunately I can't seem to find any resources to fix this.
I have my team at client site and supporting the Client Employees who are on remote sites. We would like to expedite the support call using Quick Assist with the Give Assistance option. So if there are any specific policy or security settings that need to be put in place, kindly do let me know so that i can inform the Client's IT team accordingly.
