Windows 10 UNC Shared Folder in Start Menu search/run slow

When accessing a share folder via UNC, it is slow when using the Windows 10 Start Menu search/run dialog.

If I bring up the actual small run window, I can enter the UNC and hit enter and the shared folder opens right up.

Currently on 1903 but was present in all previous Windows 10 versions.

I have add the cache lifetime keys to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters

I have disable Cortana
