I will never understand this OS.
If I have defender running and active how do I get a virus?
I don't have a virus it is some dumb attachment that windows for some reason downloaded.
Now I see windows is having a meltdown because of it.
I cant backup because I apparently have a virus, stupid
I can not delete the file because it is a virus, again just stupid.
So?

Defender, the worst A/V created by man will not remove this file. Even with offline scan.
So guess I need to search and by a new A/V and remove this bloatware.
So what should I do?
