Windows 10 How to re-enable parsing of Colour Codes in Command Prompt?

Somehow I've disabled this (or switching to Legacy Console disables it and turning off Legacy Console doesn't re-enable it) https://devblogs.microsoft.com/commandline/24-bit-color-in-the-windows-console/

Text in a console now looks like this, instead of with the appropriate pieces of text being colourized to the appropriate colour defined by the surrounding syntax.
