Windows 10 Where is Media Player?

Where is Media Player in Windows 10? I tried the following but did not do anything.

1. Open Settings.
2. Click on Apps.
3. Click on Apps & features.
4. Click the manage optional features link. Apps & features settings.
5. Click the Add a feature button. Manage optional features settings.
6. Select Windows Media Player.
7. Click the Install button. Install Windows Media Player on Windows 10

Then tried to right click on mp4 file and say open -> with but again no media player
