Cross posting below as suggested in reply to this post on Microsoft community:
I just upgraded to the 'November' version (1115) of W10 Pro hoping it would solve the problem in the W10 Pro Backup application: if you remove some folders to be backed up, they will reappear; the changes you made do not persist. I'm backing up to a network share on my NAS.
Anyone having the same experience and/or a good workaround (I tried a few suggested workarounds, so far without effect)?
