Windows 10 UWF - Setting time and date backwards in time

When using Universal Write Filter and adjusting time, it works just fine in most cases. However, if i set the time backwards(more than 3 days it seems) with UWF enabled, but with these exceptions:

uwfmgr.exe registry add-exclusion HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time

uwfmgr.exe Registry Add-Exclusion HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation

then the time is reverted after a restart. When setting the time and date forward this problem does not exist.


Is there anything I can do to fix this?
