Windows 7 Offline patching Windows Embedded Standard 7 SP1

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement to patch Windows Embedded Standard 7 SP1 till date with out connecting to the network. what is best way to get all the updates till date to a CD and create an installer/batch file/powershell script to completed the patching.
