Windows 10 cannot find msra on pc after bad attempt to connect and getting error already in use

system glitch cause remote assist to not connect and retried... now betting the device may already be using remote assist... had checked task manager on customers machine but not able to find msra . is this by another name then. Only way I was able to reset machine was to have them reboot.. then was able to log in
