Windows 10 moving from local PC's to Azure AD Join

We currently have "standalone" PC's with local ids and no central infrastructure (AD etc) and are moving to O365 with "basic" Azure. User accounts will be created from O365. We would like to use AZURE AD Join for our Win10 PC's, but want to migrate local profiles on the PC to user's new "AD Join" profiles so their settings and files move smoothly to their new user profile. Their are only about 10 computers with 1-2 user profiles/computer that need to be migrated. Is USMT the best tool as I have seen some comments that is does not yet support transfer to AZURE AD ?
