I'm having a little toruble with connceting to a NAS server(Qnap) at my workplace. So i have a new Asus Vivobook Pro N580GD with a Windows 10 Educational version 1903 and it cannot connect to the server. It doesn't even allow me to type in the ID and password, and all the other computers can connect to the NAS with absolutely no problem. An error messege pops up as soon as I want to connect and it say that "Windows cannot connect to the //NAS component"(writes it in my language)". I tried to enable and disable the SMBv1 protocoll but it didn't help, and also turned off the firewall(also didn't work). Maybe does anyone have a solution or idea what can I do with this? It makes the whole workflow much harder, and slower that i cannot connect to the NAs server.
