Shutdown goes to Sleep and Restart, shuts down

Hey everyone,

so I have an issue with my Samsung 550P. When I had Windows 8 and also Upgraded to Windows 10 and I get this issue that when I click shutdown it goes to a sleep/stand by mode and when I click restart it shuts down.

Please advise if I can fix this.. I have took it to Geek Squad in Ontario, Canada and still same issue.
