Windows 10 number keys overachieving

When using either office 365 or Word on my desktop, anytime I press the number 1 on the number bar above the qwerty keys, it will "restore down" the window and move it to my second screen. Pressing 2 reverses the process. This is a work computer, and I have never set up any function like this. This doesn't happen when I'm using the number pad on the right of my keyboard. So, if I can remember to do it, I use that. How can I remove this function?
