Windows 10 Microsoft edge does not allow me to select text in pdf

The Microsoft Edge app can only allow me to select text in the pdf file without a link. Whenever I open a pdf file with any internal or external link, the cursor always become a hand symbol that doesn't allow me to select any text. I have checked this pdf file and they are not locked for edition. I can also select them with another pdf reader, such as Adobe. Does anyone know can I can fix that?
