Windows 10 Windows 10 Sticky Notes gone - old solutions not working

Hello, a couple of weeks ago Windows put me through a two-day update. Everything was fine for a while, but now my sticky notes are gone except for one. All previous answers to this question are from 2018. Searching for sticky app files on my computer, going into app settings, etc. aren't helping. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
