I have tried:
Whenever I try to install a store app, I get two entries in the Event Viewer:
First:

- Reset Microsoft Store app.
- Run Windows Store Troubleshooter.
- Make sure time, date, and region settings are right.
- Run SFC multiple times.
- Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Store app multiple times.
- Deleted C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore and C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download multiple times by Starting Windows 10 in safe mode.
- Run Windows in clean mode by disabling all non essential services and startup apps.
- Did a repair install of Windows 10.
