Windows 10 Windows 10 Pro License being installed instead of enterprise license on newer hardware.

Hey everyone, we have been deploying Windows 10 for a couple of years now and we noticed that a small number of newer machines are getting activated as Windows 10 Pro (instead of Enterprise).

I have a hunch that this is related to the new embedded OEM keys on newer systems (i think they are being activated with the OEM Pro key that's built into the firmware instead of using our KMS server).

Has anyone seen this or have any idea how to troubleshoot it?

Affected Systems are the Optiplex 7060 and Latitude 5490 and the 7400 2-in-1.
