we are having weird issues in 2 computers. both were joined to our domain and were in use by previous users with no issue. but when we reassigned them to different users who are in same office same network their profiles in computers seems to be broken. some features do not work like settings app, control panel and MS office apps do not open. we used domain account of these new users to sign into desktop. (users never signed in before in these desktop. first time setup).
