Windows 10 Error 0x800f0922 attempting to install KB4512941 on my Surface Pro 3

I am hoping that I can get some direction here. I have been trying to install the KB4512941 update onto my Surface Pro 3 and it is not being very cooperative. I have already tried : removing window update downloaded files, reset the update components, rand SFC /SCANNOW and the DISM Checkhealth. I have also tried to download the driver from the Microsoft support catalog and install it manually.


Each time I come back with a Error 0x800f0922


Any one care to point a finger in a direction for me?
