Windows 10 Recent sticky notes lost/ reverted to June 2018 notes after KB4517211 windows update

After the windows update yesterday I lost my sticky notes and they reverted back to 2018 notes, from about 8 stickies to 3 stickies, all from June 2018. Where did windows put it now? I already checked in the windows.old folder, there are no .snt files there. I hate it when I thought I already told windows to not update so that my unsaved files will not be deleted when it forcibly restarts but now I have to deal with lost sticky notes. What the hell windows.
