Windows 10 Windows 10 1903 not showing username on lock screen. upgraded from windows 7

I have upgraded from Windows & to Win 10 1903.

I have tried all the settings in local settings and GPO setting for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\

This still doesn't show my username on the lock screen.
