Whenever I need to use admin privileges on computers through Remote Assistance I cannot get it working with our dedicated account. The dedicated account works if I am physically at computer but not over Remote Assistance.
I checked Security logs in Event Viewer on remote computer and found absolutelly nothing about it.
The dedicated account is member of local administrators group in every computer in AD.
