Windows 10 Microsoft Print to PDF Reporting Configuration Problem

Windows 10 Pro
Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.418)

Tried to print to pdf from Edge. Got error:
1492070.png

Also getting it for Microsoft XPS Document Writer.

Once I get the error selecting one of my hardware errors shows the same error message. If I close the printer selection window and then open it with my default hardware printer selected the error does not show.

How do I get the Microsoft PDF and XPS writers working again?
