Some time ago I noticed that booting my PC from reboot takes way longer on "Please wait" screen that it used to. I'm in Insider Preview program, so I thought it was bug related to current (at the time) build, and decided to do nothing, waiting for next build to arrive (I'm not rebooting my computer frequently, and shutdown power on cycle is pretty fast due to Windows fast boot feature). So when new build was ready, I installed it and... nothing, I decided to wait another one, and another one, and who knows at this point how much builds have passed since original issue appeared. But today I installed and removed some drivers, this went me through couple reboot cycles and I feel this pain in ass again. So decision was made and bug hunting started.
First of all I enabled verbose boot feature and here it is "Please wait for the User Profile Service" takes something about 3-5 minutes. I googled it and find out that it might be trying to connect to domain controller (I have literally no idea why so, it's my home PC and it was never been in "Enterprise" conditions). I tried to google that thing out, but seems like everyone who getting this issue is Enterprise admins who setting up their domain or something related.
So, now I'm here, asking you for a help. Just tell me what logs do you need and I'll provide it to you.
