Windows 10 Wanted to change local group policy via registry or by Powershell

Is there a way i can change the below mentioned Local GP :

gpedit.mmsc--> Computer Configuration --> Administrative Templates --> Windows Components --> Windows Logon Options

Enable setting--> "Disable or enable software secure Attention sequence" . Under Dropdown "Set which software is allowed to generate the secure Attention Sequence" i am selecting "Services" .


via Registry or by powershell . ?
