Hello,
we are not able to login with windows hello (face or pin)
All prerequisites have been done and the necessary configuration steps have been carried out.
-SmartCard for User Certificates
-Update Domainauthentication (Kerberos)
-configured the GPO for our Users
-The pin and facial recognizers were set up on the PCs.
We have a hybrid configuraion zu Azure Active Directory with AAD Connect & device writeback.
When trying to log in with Windows Hello, the following message appears:
"This option is currently not available"
The Devices are hybrid azure joined in the Azure Portal
The device writeback is sucessfully configured.
we have a big customer event tomorrow at our house. We would like to introduce the Windows Hello functions to our customers.
we have successfully completed the tutorial:windows hello for business whybrid certificate trust deployment
has anyone ever had a similar problem and knows the quick solution?
