Windows 10 How to swap Windows Key with Win+X Key Combo?

I would like the Quick Link Menu (Win+X) to be my primary menu and the Start Menu to be secondary. I'm guessing there must be a way with a registry tweak to cause a tap of the Windows Key to bring up the Quick Link Menu and pressing Win+X to bring up the Start Menu. I just want to swap the 2 key combinations. Anyone know if and/or how this can be done?
