Windows 10 PC freezes after sleep mode

Hi,

i have following problem.

PC goes into sleep mode after 10 minutes. screen saver starts and computer freezes after a few minutes. waking up is not possible. Black screen appears. only a hard reset helps. it is especially about Windows 10 Build 18363.418 on a HP ProDesk 400G4. the hibernate

the sleep mode is intentional and is distributed over the gpo.

Does anyone have an idea ?
